June in Review
June was a busy month for the team at Ripple. From attending conferences to welcoming new clients and publisher partners, we learned from and shared a great deal with the industry. Here are a few highlights:
TAtech Leadership Summit
This year’s Leadership Summit was held in Minneapolis at the University of Minnesota. Our own Amanda Shanon, VP of Client Services, spoke on the “shakes and rattles” of applying programmatic ad buying practices to the recruitment industry. Some of the things Ripple has pioneered to make the implementation smoother include:
- Instituting open Insertion Orders
- Building global open ad networks of publishers by industry and location to improve breadth of targeting capabilities while increasing source transparency
- Education to help promote deep integration across the industry
- Learning from data to create smarter automatic optimization
- Utilizing proven standards from the consumer realm on update times, billable clicks, and latency
JobG8 Job Board Summit
No Tropical Storm could prevent us from attending this year’s Job Board Summit! Despite the torrential rain, damaging winds, and even tornado warnings, the conference went on in the vibrant city of New Orleans. Ripple met with several of our valued clients and publisher partners where we discussed successes as well as areas to improve – especially with the new Google for Jobs product being rolled out. We learned more about the Google Cloud Jobs API and how the industry can utilize this exciting new offering. In the coming months, we will share information on how we plan to help clients take advantage of this technology.
New Brand and Website
You may have noticed our social media outlets sporting a colorful new set of clothes. Stay tuned to for the full unveiling of our new brand and website. We believe it will better help reflect the “human touch” that Ripple brings to our work and to the industry. After all, we are in the business of helping real live people discover meaningful work!
We Love Happy Clients
This month we were excited to have several new clients join us. We look forward to providing all clients with continued success.
